Can I shower with it?
For the best care of your jewellery, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item.

Although we are all guilty of showering with jewellery on, (from personal experience, it did not affect the pieces), our bodies react differently. For longer lasting wear, we advise not to shower with it as water can contain chlorine, salts, or harsh chemicals that can induce tarnish and dull the shine. Store your jewellery in a clean and dry environment to keep its shine and colour.

My jewellery arrived with damage, what do I do?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order no. (if applicable) to anvicandleshk@gmail.com.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Please avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products as they contain chemicals and oils that can increase the wear on your pieces. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewellery cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect the finishing. Store in a cool, dry place to promote longevity.

My jewellery is changing colour, why is this happening?

Every person’s unique skin oils react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for your skin's reaction to our products. Gold plated jewellery will turn naturally over time, it is inevitable. You can prolong the life of your Eternity Jewels pieces by following our care recommendations.
